WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY CUSTOM UNIT?

A: Custom units work on a 3-4 week basis. All custom units take up to 3-4 weeks due to the nature of it being a custom piece and most of the time I do not carry the lengths you need on hand. After the 3-4 week turnaround processing time your wig is then shipped out within 2-3 Days via USPS.

HOW DO YOU WEAR YOUR CUSTOM UNITS?

IS YOUR HAIR ON YOUR WIGS ETHICALLY SOURCED?

A: Yes! all EHC custom units are ethically sourced. All our raw (unprocessed) hair come from one single donor from Indian temples

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE IN FRONTAL AND CLOSURE SIZES?

Frontal types/ sizes range from 13x4, 13x6 and a 360 frontal which goes around the circumference of your head (hence the name "360" frontal). A 13x4 Frontal covers 4 inches in parting space and 13 inches in the frontal region of the top of your head. Sizes can  range from 2x6 to 6x6 for closure pieces. And 13x4 to 13x6 for frontal pieces

A: EHC's machine made wig densities range from 150%-250%

HOW DO I PLACE A CUSTOM WIG ORDER?

A: You can either send me an e-mail to evonshaircandy@yahoo.com with the subject "CUSTOM WIG INQUIRY". A HQ Image attached of the color you want (or a photo inspiration reference works like food, candy, a character etc.) When you need your custom unit by, your first and last name, head circumference measurements, and If you'd like a closure, frontal (Specify size 13x4, 13x6, 4x4 etc.) Or if you'd like a machine made wig (specify the density you'd like 150%-250%). If you want raw or virgin hair. *PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANY OF THIS INFORMATION OUT
